About
A Different Kind of Studio
Altreonix does two things: website builds and brand identity. Both are structured with clear scope and fixed timelines. The web side covers landing pages, marketing websites, and custom online stores. The brand side covers core identity through full brand systems. They can be delivered separately or together.
We scope the work before it starts, deliver it when we said we would, and document it so you can hand it to anyone after.
Model
How This Works
Every engagement follows the same structure regardless of whether it is a web project or a brand project. Scope is defined before signing. We list deliverables instead of implying them.
Fixed Timelines
Timelines stay fixed. Two revision rounds per project — because constraints produce better decisions from everyone involved.
Written Communication
We work async by default. All communication happens in writing. Clients send consolidated feedback, not rolling comments.
Documented Handoff
Every handoff includes written documentation or a Loom walkthrough explaining what was built and why.
No Standing Meetings
No status calls unless something genuinely requires one. No embedded collaboration or daily check-ins.
This works for people who want to know exactly what they are getting instead of leaving it open-ended and hoping for the best.
Fit
Who This Is For
Good fit
- You have a real project with a timeline, not an open exploration
- You are comfortable giving feedback in writing instead of live calls
- You want the work built from scratch, not modified from a template
- You value a clear scope over an open-ended one
Not a fit
- You want to art-direct every decision in real time
- You need daily check-ins or live collaboration sessions
- You are looking for an ongoing retainer or embedded team
- You don't have a defined budget for the project
Neither list is a judgment. Some companies need a different model, one with more flexibility, more facetime, more iteration. That's fine. We prefer being honest about fit upfront instead of discovering it mid-project.
